Anyone have a good exercise program for body building??
I’m starting a yoga class next semester of college woo me.
It’s been awhile since my last post. College just get’s in the way of keeping this up to date.
But here I am! I’ve learned quit a few new lifting techiniques for my chest and back and arms and it’s added a lot to me.

This is the pump I miss from lifting super heavy. I Didn’t take a before picture but i had a ridiculous pump. That’s why i love weight lifting.
